InfraWorlding Zine @ 0xSalon

The garden can be considered a microcosm, a space that encapsulates the complexity of the world on a smaller scale.

In the context of 0x Salon 2024 Residency Program, Alessandro Y. Longo and Lapo Sorride assembled a little publishing experiment for the 0xSalon discussion which took place on 23.07.24 in the spaces of Trust in Berlin.

Typically, 0xSalon's materials for each discussion are collected on are.na and distributed online. This time, we decided to translate this immaterial support to knowledge organization into a tangible object, using the plugin prinare.na The result is a zine that bridges the digital and physical realms of research and knowledge curation. Both the Salon's session and the zine focus on exploring the concept of "InfraWorlding":

The 0xSalon is a collaborative endeavour which critically interrogates digital culture through discourse events and residencies, producing scholarly and creative interventions in the process. We are conducting an ongoing, non-profit experiment in knowledge sharing and collective cultural production. Stewarded by 0xSalon team members, our community researches topics, organises events, and authors lore, critical theory, poetry, philosophy, games, theatre, and visual art.
